Aurelia settled back against Fox, her body sinking into exhaustion.
“Do I have a shadow?” she asked, her voice heavy with weariness.
“Of course you do.” Fox’s arms tightened around her,
his words a chilly breeze in her hair. “Me.”
A broken curse, a war based on lies.
Who will survive ?
Nightfall in the Forest of Broken Dreams continues the spellbinding saga as secrets unravel, magic intertwines with deception, and love hangs precariously in the balance.
In the wake of shattered illusions, darkness descends upon the Kingdom of Aneirin. Fox’s tortured history edges closer on dark wings, as he clings to the hope that his lover can forgive them both for the sins of their violent past.
Torn between loyalty and betrayal, Aurelia has cleared the way for the Elves to descend on those under the protection of her forbidden lover, Rhydian, the human prince. Can love survive her desperate choice?
Taking advantage of a kingdom in turmoil, Caspian’s thirst for power knows no bounds. With each calculated move, he inches closer to his ultimate goal, heedless of the havoc left in his wake.
Grappling with the damning revelations of his family’s dark legacy, Rhydian finds himself torn between duty and desire.
Who will be lost to the ravages of war and the chaos that comes after?

‘The plot unfolds and NOTHING is as it seems. Every time I thought I had it figured out,
I learned something new. The past is woven in strategically. So much betrayal and revenge.
Whew. I’m excited there’s more and I can’t wait for the next book!’

‘Definitely one of the best books I've read this year… some very funny moments throughout the book that make you laugh… Caspian is one of my favourites as he is cheeky, funny, arrogant and deadly but I can't help loving his persona, and Flare is a very unusual character for a dragon.
This story has taken me on a great journey with its ups and downs and I can't wait to delve further into this fantasy world and see where it takes me next...’

‘A very good read… I was hooked by the storyline with its many plot twists and turns.
The characters are rich and varied, with Cas being my favourite. He is wonderfully evil in a very likeable way. I found myself wanting to roam the Aneirin countryside and visit the ruin city of Seers.’
